Michael Epstein, Principal

Michael is the Principal and President of American Compensation Service. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and his Graduate degree from Golden Gate University.

Michael enjoys spending time on the water boating with family and friends as well as traveling.

Salma Sadiq

Salma Sadiq joined American Compensation Service in October 2007 after taking some time off to raise her two children. She obtained her Life and Health License shortly thereafter and has been assisting clients with their Small Group, Individual and Life benefit requirements.

Her prior underwriting experience helps with setting up plans for existing and new clients. Salma enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Donna Altura

Donna joined our team in 2008, after spending 25 years in the Title Insurance Industry. Donna is an Account Manager focusing on Small and Large Group Employee Benefits. She obtained her CA License for Life and Health in 2009.

Donna provides expertise in quoting new plans, enrollments, renewal management and client support. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and gardening.

Shirazul Sadiq

Shirazul Sadiq joined American Compensation Service in October 2012 after taking time out to raise her two children. She has a Business and Accounting background and recently obtained her Life and Health License. She supports our office in the areas of Group Benefits, Employee Benefits and Individual Life.

In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family. She loves baking, gardening and, of course, shopping.
